Big Porridge & Play 2024: Maryhill

This April & May Porridge & Play is BACK in Maryhill for 4 weeks! Sessions will be on Tuesdays from 4-6.15pm at Oakgrove Primary School, 20 St Peter's Street, G4 9PW. The first session will be on Tuesday 30th April. Spaces for Porridge & Play are limited so if you want to come along we advise you sign up ASAP (see sign up details below). If we get a lot of families signing up we might not be able to guarantee everyone a space (it's important we stick to participant numbers which allow the sessions to be most enjoyable & safe for everyone). Please don't let this put you off signing up however, if you let us know you want to come and we're fully booked, we will put you on our waiting list and if a space comes available for you and your family we will get in touch. Porridge & Play 2023 - back in 7 communities! So far in 2023 the Licketyspit team has delivered after school and weekend Porridge & Play in community partner venues and online, as well as exciting Picnic & Play trips to outdoor, arts and cultural spaces over the summer holidays. Bridgeton (May 23) Castlemilk (July 23) Cranhill (May 23) Govan (May 23) Still to come... Porridge & Play is coming to Maryhill, Whiteinch & our Online community this Autumn! REGISTER YOUR INTEREST. Maryhill (Tues 3rd Oct, Fri 13th, Tues 17th, 24th, 31st, ) Online (October block) Whiteinch (Wednesdays; Oct 18th, 25th, 1st Nov, 8th, 15th) Local families with 3-8 year olds can take part in the sessions which include Storyplay games, rhymes, songs, dressing up & imaginary play, a healthy and nutritious communal meal and shared reflective drawing. Older and younger siblings can also attend.
